All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our offerings without prior notice.

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for event planning.
  • Adhere to payment terms and deadlines.
  • Communicate any changes to event plans in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all local laws and venue regulations.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

.04 — Payments & Billing
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure event planning services.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms in the service contract.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time; however, rates agreed upon in a signed contract will be honored.

.05 — Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date to receive a partial refund (if applicable).
  • Deposits are non-refundable, and any work completed before cancellation remains billable.
  • If an event is postponed, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and based on costs incurred.

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes for any event.
  • Destination Fabulous is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not responsible for third-party vendors, venue policies, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, government restrictions).
.07 — Website Use & Content
  • Our website is provided for informational purposes and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
  • You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activities, distribute harmful software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
